We only ship to the billing address. Orders $100.00 and over are shipped free. Orders under $100.00 will be charged $15.00 for shipping. Orders will be shipped out either same or next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.  Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS at our discretion.
